Flexible Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
With a HELOC, you get a flexible rate that's typically lower than other types of loans, and you can borrow only what you need.*
- 10-year revolving draw period; 10-year maximum repayment term

- Access your funds by check, telephone banking, Online Banking or in person at a branch
- No annual fee
- Low HELOC rates
*Member qualifications apply. Home Equity Line of Credit as low as Prime minus one, with a floor of 3.00% and a maximum rate of 18.00%. Rate is variable. A credit score of 760 or higher is required to achieve advertised rate. If loan is paid in full in less than 3 years and a line of credit is closed, member will be required to pay closing costs of approximately $150-$600 to UK Credit Union. Eligibility for Home Equity Lines of Credit requires that your home is owner-occupied and located in Kentucky. Consult your tax advisor for possible tax benefits. Rate is based on credit history and subject to change. Terms and conditions may apply. If this is Investment Real Estate, you will need to apply for a Business HELOC.
